Anything to boost my&lt;br /&gt;metabolism.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;I: drink tons of water and exercise. my mom&lt;br /&gt;is getting me apple cider vinegar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;those are the only things that i&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;know of.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">Ok so please help me with this dilemma&lt;br /&gt;Lets say when I first "started my ED" I ate 500 calories a day and exercised for about an hour and one half I got to 74 pounds..Entered recovery..Am healthy..Then I start b/ping restricting gain weight from that.Now my metabolism is royally fucked..In order to lose again (I just want to be 100, not 74) how much would I have to eat calorie wise and how much would I have to walk to lose a substansial amount..I know this sounds bad but girls relaspe all of the time and lose, so you have to have SOME metabolism?</content>

    <content type="html">&amp;nbsp;im feeling really sick&lt;br /&gt;so i thought if i prepared the smallest lowest cal of something i would stay concious.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;and im sitting here laughing cause every attempt i failed.&lt;br /&gt;it burnt, or we had no milk to make it, or it smelt gross, or my favourite, IT BLEW UP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;everything that could go wrong did.&lt;br /&gt;maybe it was kind of a sign that i should just pull through and not eat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;its kinda funny, well to&amp;nbsp;me at least.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;so&amp;nbsp;all ive had today&amp;nbsp;was a few &lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt;chocolate chips&lt;/font&gt; (my mother was baking)&lt;br /&gt;man, i never thought i'd be thankful at how much of a terrible cook i am.&amp;nbsp; :P&lt;br /&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">There's a l ot of sadness floating around today, so I thought I'd make everybody feel better about their intake. This morning was the weekly family breakfast at &lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt;Village Inn&lt;/font&gt; (for those of you who don't know what &lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt;Village Inn&lt;/font&gt; is, it's basically &lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt;Denny's&lt;/font&gt;, or run-of-the-mill &lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt;diner&lt;/font&gt;).&amp;nbsp; I had two &lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt;over easy eggs, three small pancakes, and some hashbrowns, topped off with a large coke.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;THEN we went to see Mama Mia, and I had another large soda, and shared some &lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt;popcorn &lt;/font&gt;with my husband and mother-in-law. And for dinner, well, who knows! The day isn't over yet and I bet I've had close to 5,000 cals if not more. So feel good loves, you've all done AMAZING today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;lt;3</content>

    <content type="html">Does anyone&amp;nbsp; else carry weight like me?&lt;br /&gt;I am ACTUALLY overweight right, and since I've lost 20lbs in the last 3 weeks I've noticed something. I carry ALL my weight in a weird pouch on my stomach. &lt;br /&gt;My collar bones, hip bones and ribs are visible... strange for someone of my weight, and yet I've got this massive pouch of fat inbetween my hips, inbetween my ribs and around my bust. I can actually hold the section in my hands seperate from the rest of me because it sticks out... it's so wierd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope it shrinks soon. It's so depressing having a small frame and a massive stomach. I carry weight like a man.</content>

    <content type="html">my brother raised me since i was 5 and always stayed with me... he's lik my best friend and we always have fun together... the only thing is that he won't let me have a guy friend or a boyfriend... I have a boyfriend now, but i'm trying to keep it a secret from him.. the only time i can talk to my boyfriend is from 8pm to 10pm... but my brother is starting to kno that i'm always on my phone and not spending time with him that much... it's hard to choose when to spend time with both of them because i really love both of them and don't want to hurt them..my brother knows the guy and he's starting to kno about us..he always tells me that if i have a boyfriend he's gonna shoot him and kill him and shoot me in a place that hurts but i don't die... I think he's joking about that but i'm just worried that i'm gonna lose my relationship with my brother and we're just going to keep on fighting everyday... bro brother is 24 and i am 16.. this is hard please help me... thanks soo much..</content>
