workout :)
 morning, angels ^^

i know you guys are better than me at this kinda thing
so i wondered if anybody could estimate how many calories i burn in this workout (i'm 106lbs if that makes any difference lol and 5"6')
i did it for the first time tonight
it's gooood :)

30 mins situps (quite vigorous, say 30/min? - 900 situps?)
300 squats
400 leg raises on each leg (the ones where you lie on your side and lift the top leg up to about 90 degrees and then bring it back down to almost horizontal, but not quite touching your bottom leg)
100 on each leg of - going on all fours, then lifting one leg up into your chest, then kicking it out behind you so it's straight and parallel with the floor (or a wee bit higher) and then pulling it back into yout chest and doing it all again lol (i have no idea what this is called! lol)

if anyone could gimme a rough guess, it would be greeeatly appreciated ^^
i tried loads of "cals per hour" websites but they didn't have the no of cals burned for many of these exercises lol

I do those and am unsure about the calories burnt, too...

Sorry - useless comment but ah well :]

Good luck with it! How do you feel atm? Day 3 is my worst day before I bloomin' binge :/

it was just nice to have a response :D
well i binged yesterday >_< but that was cuz my mum sat me down and made me eat loads of bran flakes and a piece of cake and cereal *GAHHH*
that's why i devised this plan you see
i figured out my forced binge was about 850 cals?
and so i thought if i do this for 2 or three days at least, i could burn off the damage? i don't know *shrugs*
it's good to know my weird-ass exercises aren't just MY thing lol :D
but today i'm REALLY determined
i don't think i'm going to binge
also, i'm going to walk around town for a while today so that'll burn some more
and i'm too skint too buy food haha :D

what do you do if you feel a "day 3 binge" coming on? lol
just in case..

on thedailyplate.com it says vigorous sit ups burn 432kcal/hour but it says nothing on all of the others
I am NO expert but i would say that each one burns maybe halfish of a calorie? maybe slightly less....i dunno i could be totally wrong.

anyway hope this helps.
good luck with abc - stick at it i know its hard. I failed haha.

i did them half at a time
so i did 15 mins of situps, 150 squats, 200 leg lifts on each side, 50 all-fours-kicky thing one ach leg (lol)
and then i did it all again :)
i was a wee bit shakey afterwards
but i still lost a kilo since yesterday!
so it MUST be worth it
