workout :)
morning, angels ^^
i know you guys are better than me at this kinda thing
so i wondered if anybody could estimate how many calories i burn in this workout (i'm 106lbs if that makes any difference lol and 5"6')
i did it for the first time tonight
it's gooood :)
30 mins situps (quite vigorous, say 30/min? - 900 situps?)
300 squats
400 leg raises on each leg (the ones where you lie on your side and lift the top leg up to about 90 degrees and then bring it back down to almost horizontal, but not quite touching your bottom leg)
100 on each leg of - going on all fours, then lifting one leg up into your chest, then kicking it out behind you so it's straight and parallel with the floor (or a wee bit higher) and then pulling it back into yout chest and doing it all again lol (i have no idea what this is called! lol)
if anyone could gimme a rough guess, it would be greeeatly appreciated ^^
i tried loads of "cals per hour" websites but they didn't have the no of cals burned for many of these exercises lol

i'm down 2lbs this morning :D
