Camel Light update
Well, I've decided that after 11 years, I can no longer smoke Camel Lights. The new formula just sucks. I smoked three cartons of them after they came out a few months ago, and I just couldn't get used to the tobacco and the way the cigareetes burn. Even the filters seemed different to me, I found that they would kind of disintegrate, especially when I was trying to smoke a cigarette quickly.

I've been smoking Winston Lights and Marlboro Mediums for the last couple weeks and I'm a lot happier. But I still miss my old Camel LIghts.

Has anyone else been forced to switch?

A friend of mine switched to Marlboros after the change.

Back in may all three of the graduate assistants in my office switched from Camel or Camel lights to Marlboro reds or lights because they couldn't stand the change. Since then, the lights smoker has switched to Marlboro reds. Both of my summer interns are former Camel smokers. After the change, one of them switched to Parliament, the other switched to American Spirits.

i'm not happy either! i've notice that since the change they make my tongue raw, to the point where it hurts when i eat. needless to say i've pretty much quit smoking because Marbs are nasty crap and i can't stand them either.
