Hi

I gone through the article and waiting for the 38th carnival on 27th of July to happen but I will be leaving Maryland
on 27, could u guys please tell me that what time dose the carnival starts.

If you're submitting a blog article to it, you can submit it any time before the 27th. Usually someone different hosts the carnival each time, so it's up to the host what time of the day they post it. Also, I don't always post about the carnival, but if I have readers who are especially interested, I'll try to remember to post it, but I don't want to be tied to a particular time since I like my schedule to be flexible. Just remember to go to the Carnival of Maryland web site to find the information.
