prime_education, which is in turn an offshoot of the larger, nexus-based, multi-fandom game dear_multiverse. All members of that community and those who are just curious are welcome to post here to ask questions, make suggestions, and voice concerns. Please note that this is not a fandom-specific community! Pups from any story/movie/song/glimmer in their creator's eye are welcome to find this place after arriving in the Nexus.
Player applications should be submitted here first. We're not so formal about this here, but there's a how-to here, and when you're ready to apply, you may do so here. Apps will be reviewed and you will either: 1) be given the thumbs up to post on the main comm from the get-go, 2) sent over for a little interview with the headmaster, Severus Snape, or 3) I'll a mod and talk with you a while first.

You should join PrIME if:
1) Your character has found the Nexus already. People are NOT, and I repeat NOT, to just pop up at PrIME first. If someone pointed you over here, or if you were lucky enough to find it on your own, pop in and apply!
2) Your character is a young person in need of guidance and education (be they lost in the Nexus or seeking a broader education), or they are an adult who just needs a little help getting the hang of this whole multiverse idea.
3) There is an opening in the faculty list that you think your pup would be a good fit for. Or, if you think your pup has a skill which SHOULD be taught in a Multiverse school and we just haven't realized it yet.
You should not join PrIME if:
1) You are looking for a forum in which to write adult-rated material. Smut is all well and good (all hail Tom Lehrer) but that's not the goal here. Please keep such material in character journals and not on the comm.
2) You are not comfortable with your character being punished for breaking the rules, or asked to leave as a result of breaking rules or general bad behavior. Think to yourself "would this get a kid or an adult kicked out of my old grade school?" If the answer is yes, then be prepared for that to be the consequence of being caught here.
3) You don't like talking to people out of character. Seriously, good storytelling is based on good communication and understanding, so please please talk to the community about how you feel and what you'd like to have happen for your character and the community as a whole, and listen when others do the same.
4) Your character is a homicidal maniac/sexual predator. The place is warded to the gills and protected by several gods. Your character will not be able to get in. The answer is no. If you reeeeally want to talk about it, we can talk about it, but see rule #2 and know that the answer is gonna be no. If you have a character who wants to try to hunt little kiddies, there's a big nexus out there.
