during the Summer Olympics that I bet they wish they could take back:

1. Weight-lifting commentator: "This is Gregoriava from Bulgaria. I
saw her snatch this morning during her warm up and it was amazing."

2. Dressage commentator: "This is really a lovely horse and I speak
from personal experience since I once mounted her mother."

3. Paul Hamm, Gymnast: "I owe a lot to my parents, especially my
mother and father."

4. Boxing Analyst: "Sure there have been injuries, and even some
deaths in boxing, but none of them really that serious."

5. Softball announcer: "If history repeats itself, I should think we
can expect the same thing again.  In fact you can see it all over their
faces."

7. At the rowing medal ceremony: "Ah, isn't that nice, the wife of the
IOC president is hugging the cox of the British crew."

8. Soccer commentator: "Julian Dicks is everywhere. It's like they've
got eleven Dicks on the field."

9. Tennis commentator: "One of the reasons Andy is playing so well is
that, before the final round, his wife takes out his balls and kisses
them... Oh, my God, what have I just said?"

so I have started school now, and this, you might say, is kind of my way to make that final protest agaisnt it, coz in the upcoming weeks I am not gonna be able to upload videos in the speed that I have been doing, just so you know.

I'm going to once apologize for not being around much. Whoohoo, I suck. I've been out and about more often than not these days, and have been pretty much wiped out tired.

In a rather small nutshell :

 - I may be getting guitar lessons for 20$ an hour
 - I had another dream about Doctor Who. Way to take over my life, show. I'm not even done with season two...three episodes to go, maybe?
 - I need new clothes. BADLY.

+ I finish my internship tomorrow and some people still think my name is Fanaa.
+ The Dark Knight is coming to the cinema in Sri Lanka in September! Yeah, it's way later than the rest of the world but this means I get to see it a whole month earlier than I thought I would. *Yay*
+ Remeber how I missed getting the last copy of Psych Season One in the store a little while ago? I found another place that had it in stock and bought it! *g* - I am totally psyched to finally have it!

So Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince will be released July 17, 2009. Which in case you don't know, is my 22nd Birthday. HAHA, so I know what I'll be doing that day. Although...I dunno, by then I doubt that I'll be interested by that point. I mean, November sure not that far off. But blegh @ this.

TBH, I'm reaaaaaally looking forward to the Twilight movie.

This morning I shoved a couple of those freeze-dried chicken hearts I got a while back in their treat dispenser. Magick doesn't care for them, but Gaia and Spirit are all about them. If you've never seen them, they're basically bits of chicken (in this case the hearts - which I didn't realize when I bought them, but I try to tell myself that it's the whole Native American thing - if I'm eating the breasts and legs, at least now I know another part is being used, yeah?) totally dessicated so they have like a styrofoam consistency.

Anyway, I toss a few in the little dispenser and go in my room to work on something. Then I hear Spirit making really odd noises in the cage and I think he's doing what he did yesterday - trying to take Gaia's away from her.

But no... this dork has managed to get both canine teeth in the ends of the chicken bit and the top of it, which he'd already chewed on, was all soft and mushy and sticky and stuck to the top of his mouth. So he had a chicken heart hanging off the top canines and he was smacking away trying to get it out.

Kind of ghoulish, really.

I grabbed a tissue and extracted the thing for him. And this fool? He tried to take it back from me. But really, we were done with that one.
