highbard 		Legends pass down through the worlds of the Chocobo, of the Materia and the Cactuar, of an old, ancient tree, gnarled with age, standing outside of the gates of Coneria. An eternal tribute to the testament of the Light Warriors. The tree has a door. A door that once led to the home of the greatest of the heroes of the age. It's said if you can find a key, you'd find the holiest of treasures of the old Light Warriors.


For his part, Red Wizard finally got that wish of his, being able to take up the Mantle of Old Man. Retiring from his adventuring ways, the Wizard took up residence once more at the Adventure Inn, with the lovely Elsa von Spielburg. They never married, but remained a couple to the ends of their days, happily dispensing potions, weapons, and truth to budding adventurers on their travels across the wide realms.


Past Link and Zelda also officially became a couple after photos of them making out in a closet were leaked to Wolf News. After a minor scandalous period, the Ruling Council released a press statement saying it was only proof the central core of Hyrule's safety was alive, well, and on station at the castle.

Zero and the Resistance, with little left to resist after the fall of Neo Arcadia and Copy X, went on to found a organized defensive force for the Pokemon Islands, the Mount Moon base of operations always shared in peace with the Clefairys.

Arm Commander, having finally had his victory over the Core, and having freed Alice Kathrine from the torture of being the Primary Mold of the Core infantry, retired as well, finding a nice warm beach to live out on. He continued being a Grandpa to the younger Palace troops for a long time.

Anub'arak is still undead, and still a beetle, and still waiting for the glorious return of Ner'zhul.

Toad is still manic, and tense, and getting kidnapped at regular intervals with Peach.

eildath 		Ganon continued to serve the Imperative. His own goals remained out of his reach, but he had all the time in the world to work towards them. Immortality has its advantages, and the saga of the Legend of Zelda is an eternal one. Just as there will always be Ganon, there will always be a Link and Zelda to stop him.

Bowser Jr. grew up, graduating at the top of his class at Koopa State... and they didn't even have to cook the books! As years passed, he took on the mantle of the Koopa King. There were princesses to kidnap, and nations to conquer.

Like father, like son.

Time had passed, and the world had moved on. The labyrinth of Mazeon lay still and dead. Automazeon hulks lay dormant. Evil Otto had been defeated. Forever? Perhaps. Perhaps not.

One man stood among the wreckage, his hair trailing in the breeze of the dead planet.

He could not return to the Palace of Power. He had left that place long ago, much to his own regret.

When he returned, he would earn his place once more.

Names were set aside. His old friend was gone. He was no longer Shaun Felton. He was no longer Dreamcaster.

Videoland would always need a hero...

...and they would learn the bravery... of Segata Sanshiro!
