welcome to [info]potter_elite. this is an elite community dedicated to bringing you the harry potter best icons out there. membership is closed, so you must apply prior to being given posting access. if you're only here to snag icons, then you can just friend the community; if you're here to post, then please read the rules that you can find below

if you get accepted, please follow this format when posting: use a 2-4 icon preview, HARRY POTTER RELATED ICONS ONLY, and put the rest under a cut. We don't mind fake cuts, if you posting to a locked entry you need to state that is locked. If I see that your link goes to a locked entry and you fail to state it leads to a locked post I will delete it. If you lock your entries after a certain amount of time, then please say so in the post.

please follow the rules that each icon maker posts in their posts. if I find out you are not I will remove you and ban you.

have fun! this community is solely here for entertainment and it's annoying when people get angry because they haven't been accepted; just wait awhile and apply again! there'll be no chance of reapplying if you've complained at or flamed the maintainers.
