2. Use only the picture(s) / base / lyric provided.
3. Your submissions must remain anonymous. This means you cannot use
your icon or post it anywhere until the voting period is over.
4. No telling your friends/anyone to vote for you.
5. No voting for yourself.
6. All icons must fit LJ standards: under 40kb; 100x100 or smaller; GIF, JPG, and PNG format.
7. Each user is only allowed to enter one icon each challenge,
unless the specific challenge rules state otherwise.
8. Please don't take any of the contest icons without the creator's permission.
If you take an icon, credit it to the creator.
1. At the beginning of each contest,
carmiana will make a post to which you may reply with your submission. My co-mods are
greeneyedmissy and olde_fashioned. Comments will be screened so the only people who can see your submission are
carmiana, greeneyedmissy, olde_fashioned and yourself.2. You will need a host that allows remote linking. Geocities/Angelfire/Tripod won't work.
However, Photobucket is a decent free image host that allows remote linking. Many icon makers use it.

1. All entries must be turned in by Friday at the specified time (usually midnight US EST).
Voting post will be up no later than Saturday morning.
2. You will have until Sunday evening midnight EST to vote.
3. Winners will be announced Monday mornings UK time.
4. Vote for your five favorite icons unless otherwise specified.
5. Don't vote for yourself, or you get disqualified.
6. Don't ask your friends to vote for you.
