Forgive me in advance for any rambling tangents or hard-to-follow stream of consciousness writing. I never know what to say in official announcements. This is Yuuta/Akaya-mun, one of your lovely new mods! *poses, complete with sparkles* As Atsushi-mun was the only working mod for a while, and she needs a break to study, we'll be taking over and dominating you ALL!. My two lovely assistants, who have been generous enough to offer themselves on my altar of POWER are Inui-mun and Echizen/Momo-mun. We need to confer more on things like delegation of responsibilities, as well as the direction of the RPG, but I wanted to let everyone know of the changing of the guard for two reasons.

1. I don't know about y'all, but I like a high level of transparency in my dictators mods. Not all modly business needs to be deciminated to the masses, but something like "Oh, hey, WE'RE the ones in control now" is nice to know ASAP.

2. To let everyone know that Things Will Be Happening in the RP now. Inui-mun and Echizen/Momo-mun, as you can probably tell already, are brimming with ideas to get interaction back up to the level it was when the restart first occurred. (Hopefully. I'm really hoping the RPers who drifted away will come back once a definite direction has been set for the RP.)


Just off the top of my head, things we're planning to do (our version of The First 100 Days):

1. Get pot_ljdaily up and running again, with daily updates on entries, characters added/dropped, and hiatuses.
2. Get pot_ljlog fixed up and running. All logs in the future will be placed there rather than in personal journals, to help keep OOC and IC stuffs separated.
3. Organize the profiles of all the comms to link to important information: rules, character lists, hiatus lists, contact information (will remain locked), etc.
4. Streamline rules as necessary for easier gameplay. This RP will remain a very laid back one, don't worry about that. The mods will simply be taking their jobs seriously so that the players can relax and enjoy. ^_^
5. Attempt to pull as many players as possible back to the RP before the purge on the first of the month.

**IMPORTANT: To those following the communities but not necessarily posting, please either make a short post to qualify you for remaining, or place your character(s) on hiatus/semi-hiatus to keep them from being purged. If you are dropped from the game, you will need to reapply for that character, and the mods cannot guarantee you will get that character again. If someone else has already applied for him/her, they will be considered before you.

Also: The questions being raised about graduation for third years will be resolved within the next few days. There will be another announcement when a decision has been reached on the matter. :D
