Opening/Ending | Birthday/Celebration
Yeah, since it's my birthday on Sunday I chose "Birthday/Celebration" for the fic theme. This is a fic specific theme, you may NOT use the first theme set for a fic.
The first theme set is for icons.. The image has to come from one of the opening or ending theme songs. Any text you want as long as the image is from the animation of one of the openings or endings. You must include which opening/ending your icon is from in your entry.

Well, I'm going to extend the contest another week. We have two icons and three fics, and my boyfriend and I have an upcoming six month anniv. this friday so we're probably going to go out and do something together. So, everyone go submit to the challenge and live with waiting another week? :P sorry guys, but I know that in two days we wont get enough submissions anyway and I figured since I'm busy, why not hold it up another week anyway? Hope you guys don't mind ^^
now excuse me while I go and continue to brood about not being able to download torrents again.

Okay, here's how things will work. Voting will be up until Thursday, and on thursday, I'll put the winners up. On Friday, a new challenge will begin, go on until the next Sunday, and then voting will begin and last until thursday... Etc etc. So basically, there will be one challenge every two weeks, making it easier on myself and Mai. Sound good? :D Sorry if it's not enough, but I'm sure some of you would agree that writing a fic and making an icon every week can be difficult when you're busy sometimes.
That all being said, onto something else. We need new banner makers. Mai and I wont be doing it anymore, and we don't even know if our old banner makers want to continue making them. If you were on the banner making list and would like to continue, let me or Mai know. If you weren't, and would like to be, let us know as well. :D

Themes for this week are..
Sparkle / April Showers
Theme 1 : Sparkle - We all know that I like sparkly thingies. So make your icon with something shiny or sparkly or something along those lines. If you're not sure if your submission is sparkly or shiny enough, just post it and I'll tell you :D But I'm pretty lenient.
Theme 2 : April Showers - I'm sure you can think of something having to do with the theme "April Showers". It can be taken as the beginning of spring, actual rainy days around that month... or even a mindset. If you don't know what I mean by that, stick to the more literal suggestions lol I'm sure you can think of something :D
