postage not paid is the graphics journal of friends crimson and hal, a pair of amateur web designers for the longest so naturally their interests would drift elsewhere. here at pinp they specialize mostly in icons of the anime and manga variety, though they hope to branch out more into other things like mood themes, screen caps, banners, layouts, and whatever else strikes their fancies.
