AboutThis community is part of ntertainmentgroup.com which is a record label/recording studio. We will be scouting the community to promote networking among all musicians, fans, bands, etc... and every once and a while if we find something cool that we dig we might ask you to do a project with us.
This is a sanctuary for all musicians/recording artists/anyone in the music industry to drop by and chat about music, network, or just peruse the boards.
To Join the Community you must be a Live Journal registered user with a LJ user name and password and be signed in. If you are not already a LJ member and would like to join, check out www.livejournal.com and read through the FAQ's section on how to get started with Live Journal. Once you are registered, come back to the info section of the Post your Music community when you are logged in and click on "join the community". This will allow you to be a part of discussions, post your music on the boards, and have a chance at becoming part of Ntertainment Group networking and promotional opportunities for your music. Sometimes we even invite our users to be a part of festivals and concerts or cool contests. :)
Now that I got the cool stuff outta the way, unfortunately I have to lay down the rules of the community:
A. We are always up for meeting new people and networking and if you have stumbled across ntertainmentgroup.com or this community please add us back and join the community or link ntertainmentgroup.com on your website if you have one. You can listen to music at: www.ntertainmentgroup.com By spreading the word, you are helping to create a positive scene for everyone!
B. If you don't like what you hear or see with the community after you check it out, no problem. We understand and thank you for checking out our site and being honest.
C. Any vulgar, derogatory, explicit, negative, spam, non-music related, or hateful posts towards Ntertainment Group, any fellow community posters, Post Your Music, or any of our friends will be immediately removed, and the user will be banned immediately. The community will allow non-LJ users to post for the time being, but will make it mandatory to register if posts become out of hand. So, please be on your best behavior.
D. By being a part of this community, you may be offered special opportunities to be a part of Ntertainment Group events, or asked to help promote shows from time to time. Ntertainment Group Inc. reserves the right to update patrons of this community and our website about new bands, shows, and information involving Ntertainment Group and its affiliates via e-mail. We promise any e-mail received from us will only be about music, and you will not receive anything less. We also provide an e-mail address at the bottom of our e-mails which you may opt out of mailings if you wish. However, we strongly encourage you all to be a part of the list as we encourage positivity and networking among the national music community.
E. Harrassment of Ntertainment Group and/or its affiliates to review your bands music, friends music..etc. will not be tollerated. If you wish to submit music to Ntertainment Group for consideration for a project or any of its affiliates, please check back at ntertainmentgroup.com regularly for updates on music that we are looking for. We will post from time to time what type of projects we are looking for and the proper procedures to submit music at that time. Any non-valid e-mail, snail mail, or other forms of solicitation without the approval of Ntertainment Group will be deleted/trashed on site.
