Hi! As my subject says, I'm completely new to anything Portland. My girlfriend really loves it there, and we're hoping to move in a couple of years. I'm hoping we can go for a visit in the next few months.

Are there any resources people can refer me to so I can learn a bit more? It'd be greatly appreciated!

So it's my birthday this Friday and I'm looking for some food advice.

Usually I go out to lunch by myself at some place that offers free birthday lunches. I used to go to Todai but they stopped doing it--is it true they've started again? Where else is good that's near the Max line that would have that?

And also I'm looking for something new for dinner with my parents and sister (and my friend and my sister's boyfriend). We have a wide palate, but since we're looking for something new, that rules out American, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Chinese. Also I don't much like seafood of any sort. So what's out there in the 20$ or less price range?

I think someone dumped her near St Johns Bridge and Germantown Rd or NW Skyline Blvd and Forest Park.
She's super sweet and I'm sure would like to be an indoor kitty. She's hanging out on our porch now in a bed I made for her. My old cats refuse to let her inside! I'm trying to post everywhere I can think of to get her home. If you think you know her owner please let them and me know! Saturday we have a vet apt to see if she microchipped, get checked up and see if she's spayed. Cross your fingers for me!
Thank you!

I've got myself a bit of a problem... I am flying up to Portland on Monday, May 19th and staying until Saturday, May 24th. I'm coming from San Francisco(if that matters). My problem is that my friend who has recently moved up there has proved to be one of the worst hosts ever.... so I'm pretty much going to be by myself the entire time. I have never been to Portland so I have no idea what I'm in for.

My friend actually lives in Vancouver, WA and he says it's just a hop, skip and jump away from Portland. So here are my questions:

1. How useful is the public transportation? Will it be easy to get from Vancouver to Portland? From the airport to Vancouver?

2. Is there any kind of public transportation to get me to Seattle? Canada?

3. Please suggest things to do and see. I enjoy art museums, really good coffee, and bargain shopping.... also any really good restaurants to check out? Or any bars or clubs?

Thanks for your help!!

Where to park? Doug Fir Lounge - E. Burnside

I'm attending a show tonight at the Doug Fir Lounge in SE. I've never been to this place, and can't find any information for a good place to park. A friend said it's all street parking. I really hope not, this event will be packed. Is there any paid parking nearby? I don't mind walking a bit, I just want to know where I should go! The closer, the better, though.

Help me out! :)

Thanks!

Horse cock for me

These days I've been far too busy to go out to the farm, see the horses, ride, and play with their giant cocks and twitching vagina's. So Sunday was a really special day for me. I will give you all bits and pieces as if you were dreaming it happened to you.

...you seem him there alongside the sweet grasses, eating peacefully, powerful stallion.

.......you see his huge prick all alone with nobody to love it, kiss it, suck it gently

.....He sees you and becomes hard, you are his Mare.

...your butt was his vagina weeks ago, he remembers how good this felt, but today you have a different idea of pleasure for your stallion master

.....his lusty balls hang perfectly, but you grab as much as you can inside your mouth, between your lips, as your flick your tongue inside the folds....

------ his horse sounds are becoming louder -------- it's like those epileptic thunderstorms you always heard about somewhere in the mid west but never experienced ------- you feel his weight, but he loves you, you are in no harm here.....or are you? Be careful.....he loves when you suck
------- on that swollen cockhead

------------You suck on his balls even more....as you slide your hand up and down his shaft

big enough of a cock to make the biggest man pathetic, so honor his cock with your hands, tongue, and mouth....

never stop until he cums pints of stallion jizz in your mouth

swallow, swallow, let it drip.....be happy

you pleasured a stallion.

91-year-old blind, African American author talks about her life

My name is Eva Fields and I'm sending this to tell you that my grandma Eva Rutland www.evarutland.com will be signing books in Portland. Mrs. Rutland wrote a memoir entitled "When We Were Colored, a Mother's Story" that tells her story of being a young black mother raising four children in California during the early days of integration of the 1950s and 1960s. Upbeat and funny, she states in her introduction "I was born in the
olden days, when pot was a cooking utensil, webs were for spiders and civil rights were for white folks." She tells stories all mothers can relate to. Stories like taking her four children all under the age of eight to the 5-and-10 (the five and dime) three days before Christmas and 5-year-old Ginger having a break down in the store because she spent all her money and forgot to buy her daddy a present. She peppers her stories with reminders of the special problems that blacks faced. She ends the Christmas story with a lament about having to walk past Woolworths during the Civil Rights era when the store was being picketed for because they would not serve blacks at their lunch counters in the South. She states "but pass it up I did. This was bigger than my pockets. These young people were bigger than me---and I couldn't let them down."

Eva Rutland is now 91-years-old and blind but she continues to write. She has published over 20 novels and is currently working on her sequel to "When We Were Colored," tentatively entitled "Grandma Troubles." She will be signing books and talking about her life on:
Saturday March 15th, 1:00 PM
Central Library - Multnomah County
801 SW 10th Ave
Portland, OR 97205

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to move to Portland next January and I'm wondering if there's things I should know about the city i.e. cheap neighborhoods to live in, places to avoid living in, queer community stuff, whatever you feel like telling me honestly. I'm graduating college in December and have been in contact with theatre companies out in Portland already, sending my resume around and all, I'm a props master. I've lived in the northeast my entire life and am looking to start somewhere new. Any suggestions? :-)

Thanks,

-Amanda
