That really grew on me! I dl'ed his album yesterday in fact and listened to the first track but it was a bit boring.

I seem to be in a mood for morose Euro balearic nindie this summer.

I've been listening to punishing filter house all morning! Annoyingly the OCC website hasn't updated the top 100 singles yet even though it says it has, so no chartpoll yet :(

Yahoo! UK charts is the fastest and most accurate I think.

I actually caught up on the charts at the weekend via a great big torrent so I am in a pro-pop mood once again.

Ah, awesome -I shall annoy my mum by putting it on the CD I'm about to burn for her.

I sometimes seriously question whether the amount of nindiepop I have on my computer disqualifies me from ever being allowed to make value judgements about music ever again.

i really like this. although i like the original more - it's a really good song (at least if you're into euro-tecno-trash, but anyway it's a great song as the cover proves).

The key is to keep the original tempo, I think. If this had been a maudlin acoustic strum-fest, it would have failed.
