This a community for people who need the exterior motivation to take that extra step and get fit. You all know how good a plate of fries look. You all know how good you'd look if you resisted those damn fries. But we can't on our own, which is why this community is here.

This is a community of thirty girls who post regularly, updating the rest of us on how their training is going. There could be progress pictures, motivational ideas, new workout strategies to kill the routine, recipes, rants, you know it.

Why thirty?
Unlike other large dieting support communities, we feel that a small, more intimate community with active members will be a better source for peer-to-peer(s) motivation. Though making friends over the internet seems a bit optimistic, it's always pleasant to know that others are really going through the same challenge as you.

However, this number might be increased or decreased in the future.

RULES FOR MEMBERS



RULES
i. make all posts friends-only, please.
ii. if you join & want to post, please be active. the whole point of this community is activity.
iii. progress pictures would be a very nice bonus, perhaps once per 7-10 days
iv. please don't make negative comments regarding anything. advice and support, however, are great.
v. please don't make posts regarding starvation, and/or diets under the 900 calorie mark. we have no problems with eating disorders, but that's not the goal here.
