Located on South Huntington Avenue near Angell Memorial Hospital. A short walk from the heart of Jamaica Plain, an even shorter walk to the Heath Street stop on the Green E line, nearby bus lines. Easy access to Route 9 for drivers.

Rent is $650/month, includes heat and water. Other utilities are cable TV/internet and electricity, which usually come to an additional $100 per person. Coin-op laundry and additional storage space in-building. Tech amenities include wireless, DVR, HDTV, Xbox 360, Wii (gamer roommates a plus!)

Current resident is a queer poly geeky musician/actor. Frequent visitors include girlfriend (occasionally with toddler) and cast/crew of current projects. No smokers please (I'm asthmatic). No fur-bearing pets (I'm allergic), other pets negotiable with landlord. My preferred roommate style is independent but friendly.

Lease ends July 1, with option to renew if we are both interested.
