| About: | I created this community a little before me and my husband ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) bleemoo got married. We remain poly and plan to remain poly forever, (we now live with our wonderful girlfriend eternalcow27, who we started dating prior to the wedding) and upon telling people this, we were constantly asked why we were bothering to get married. I looked for a community to discuss the issues specifically relevant to poly married life, and found that none existed. So, here I have created a community for poly married folks, and those dating poly married folks, to exchange stories, support, advice, etc.
Engaged poly folks are surely welcome, as long as you do not plan to abandon your polyamory after the wedding. Folks in a triad, quad, or other such group marriage are also quite welcome. Folks in same-sex marriages, even if they are in places where such marriages are not legally valid, are also encouraged to join. Anyone dating one or more members of a married couple/group is also invited to join.
At the moment, the only rules are as follows. Note that I reserve the right to change these rules at my discretion.
(1)BE CIVIL. Anyone who fails to be civil to other members will immediately be banned.
(2)No anti-poly rants. Anyone posting anti-poly rants will immediately be banned.
(3)This community is not recommended for minors, as open, intelligent talk of sex and sexuality is welcome here; however, please do not post any sexually explicit images. Posts with explicit images will be removed.
(4)No personal ads please. There are plenty of other communities to post personal ads in, even some specifically for poly folks.
After joining, you are invited to make a post telling us a bit about yourself and your poly situation.
