Its also funny how some try to blame the Republicans when they were barely even in office when it happened.

Its silly to blame either party for it. Sooner or later terrorists were going to attack no matter which party was in power. When a group is prepared to kill their own even if its children to even have a single attack on american soil... its going to happen. Its not a question on if, its a question on when and how. Its impossible to prevent entirely, only possible to lessen the chances.
They didn't really even have a ton of information. Sure, somewhere in the intelligence community they knew there was going to be a terrorist attack... MAYBE on an airplane. But they didn't know much. And there wasn't much notice. And that information never got to the president nor any political party.

No party is to blame.

	Didn't say a party was to blame. I said its funny how he tries to pin it on the Democrats. And while I agree with most of that, I do believe it actually got (or was supposed to have gotten) to Bush.
