The wi-fi battle tower is a difficult place. The team which got me 100+ wins against the AI couldn't get me past rank 2, so I've taken to raising new ones. Gengar is a powerful pokemon, with its high speed, good type coverage, and ability to get the move Destiny Bond to score a certain KO at low health.

I don't care that much about *all* the IVs, but speed counts in the wi-fi battle tower, and I need it maxed out. I've been breeding for one with the right nature and IV for the last couple hours, but it's been a frustrating and fruitless endeavor.

So I come to you. If I'm breeding a pokemon with a 31 speed Individual Value, that raises the chances of it passing it on to the child. Anyone have a male (female passes on natures and species. OTOH, if you *have* a female gastly, haunter, or gengar with a 31 speed IV and a good nature which you'll part with, I will be forever grateful.) pokemon in Gengar's egg group ("Indeterminate") with a 31 speed IV that they're willing to part with?

(To check IVs, you can use the pokemon's little personality tidbit. 31 in speed is "alert to sounds." Unfortunately, so are 26, 21, and even 16 in speed, if that's their highest IV. If you haven't trained it at all or you know its EVs, however, there are calculators you can input its nature and level into and it'll calculate the IV.)

As for what I can offer in return... I've got pretty much any pokemon in sinnoh, and a bunch which aren't (including the Johto starters) so ask away.
