I'M still upset about the voice actor changes. Offended really.
Aren't we still gonna make a stand?
If I'd found this earlier i would have helped with earlier projects, not enough people know that there is hope anymore.
We need a sure-fire way to know that alot of people will do one thing to get through to PUSA.
I swear if just Veronica came back to pokemon i would sleep better at night.
If we could make a youtube message or set a date for a bombardment of phone calls or letters I'm sure we can still do something.
Am I the only person who thinks so? :(

I'm the new kid here, by the way. HikariTajiri of SPPf. I'm currently working on the Paper Bags project, among others, and while I was joining the LJ comm I had an idea... You know how you've got these flyers for handing out at events? How about someone goes to the Deoxys Gamestop event and forces flyers on everyone? We'd get millions more supporters! I can't do it, unfortunately, as I live in the UK, but...
Anyway, I'd better get back to doing those paper bags. ^_^

Various sources have contacted Larry Juris via Email and he has confirmed that TAJ Productions will no longer be working on Pokemon. Apparently Pokemon USA fired TAJ Productions which had been working on the English version of Pokemon since the First Movie (1). It is currently unknown at this time why TAJ Productions was fired or who will replace them.
TAJ Productions is an audio post production facility located in New York City. They have provided their services for animation, live action, video games, and audio books.

ok everyone.
It is almost the, holidays and the end of 2007.
All of us that are active have made huge strides for our cause. The number of fans that enjoy PUSA's awful dub is lower than ever, we have become such a huge threat that naysayers are afraid and on constant attack of whatever we say. PUSA is more afraid of us then ever before, and we haven't even gotten into the full swing of our boycott!! The ratings are getting lower with each week, pokemon products are sitting on store shelfs. PUSA's profits will be taking the hit soon. They can't hold out any longer.
It's time we start up our SOVA Holiday Wish campaign, and when 2008 begins, to push harder and stronger that PUSA can take!
If we all believe, and I mean really have faith, we will have the true VAs back, and order will be restored!! We can do it!
Our goal is within reach all it will take is one massive push, with all of SOVA's might!! The VAs will be so thankfull!! soon all our ears will be showered with the heavenly delights of the REAL voices... that day is so close at hand...
2008 is our year!!
I am also reporting that the NYAF has ended, some of the 4Kids VAs were there at a panel, and some of our members attended that panel.
We should be hearing reports from them soon. |

SOVA Members -
I have a suggestion. I am going to be doing the Paper Bag Project and I had an additional idea.
What if we all made paper bags (I'm going to try to make 100, but any number is great) and send them in to PUSA around New Year's? (We can decide on a more precise date later.) That way, we can completely flood them with paper bags. It will at least annoy the living hell out of them. :)
This project is great and it's really fun. I hope you all will join me.
We may not have made a difference yet, but we can still make an impact!

I have been doing some thinking since the talking with the only KIND NON NAYSAYER Anonnymous poster. And I have come up with some ideas to turn SOVA into an even bigger threat to PUSA. I think that if we can all follow these steps, it will be the final nail in PUSA's coffin, and we will see the real voices restored before the new year. But it will need the very best of SOVA's might, I notice we have a lot of hangers on, and people that are less devoted to the cause.
1. Purge all SOVA membership lists at all clubs and branches. We need to do this because we have dead accounts, abandoners, and one post johnnys on the lists that we keep. We should keep all known active members, and leaders listed automatically. but people that only posted once, or people that quit and people that say they are only a supporter but not helping us.
2. It should be a rule that every new member to join SOVA has to bring at least two people with them. a.k.a members can only join in groups of three. That would solve our numbers problem cause for every 1 new member we actually get three SOVA recruits. and it would be kind of a minimum for members whos lives might keep them from helping us on projects. we need more members, and this is a really good way to start.
3. we need to boycott all of CN and PUSA. this is must. No money must get to PUSA and CN. That means no toys, no games, no DVDs of any kind, cause PUSA owns the 4Kids episodes, so watching and buying the old episodes and movies is giving ratings and money to CN and PUSA. It means no pokemon anything unless you already own it or buy it second hand. and no watching anything on CN, not a single thing, and no buying CN DVDs or products.
4. appoint project leaders. our projects always fall apart because they never have a leader and a group focused in them. so the rule should be when a person comes up with an idea the first thing we do is choose a leader for the project. that person will get together all the info needed for the project, then they will post all the info in all the branches. then as people join the projects, they will report to the leader, and the project leader will gather info on every member that completes a project and post that info on all the branches too. so we can see what the results are for each project. this way when naysayers start with the lies, we can point to detailed project reports that say exactly how many people did the projects.
5. don't fall silent. We have to make sure that our cause is known and heard. the word of SOVA has to reach the ears of lovers of the real voices far and wide. people can't join if they don't know we exist.
6. The website needs to be updated more often. The new site hasn't been updated in ages.
7. no halfhearted members, either you are all the way in, or you are out. we have had far too many people that like having the credit of being a SOVA member, but do absolutely nothing to help the cause. people shouldn't be allowed to be a member without being helpful to SOVA.
8. more letters and calls. We were really getting to PUSA back when we had hundreds of members calling them every single day. some of us even got through and spoke to people. PUSA was running scared. We need to get back to that, and with PUSA and CN. if we can hit them hard with the boycott and the calls and letters it will bring about victory for the real VAs and us.
9. give the true VAs our love and support. they need it all through this ordeal.
10. watch Dinosaur King and all the other 4Kids shows. If we give profits to the shows where the VAs are still working, CN and PUSA will see that the ONLY way to save themselves will be to give the show back to 4kids and the true VAs!!!
those are the ideas I propose to turn SOVA into an even greater force for justice if we can get these steps going, SOVA will restore pokemon, and the true VAs will return!! we can do this guys, for the VAs!! for the real fans that have been suffering through this PUSA horror!

We have let the naysayers drive us into a frenzy, we are losing members left and right, and some pretty big players too! TheGreatButler, Izzy, APP you will all be GREATLY missed!!
We need to get focused on a plan, boycotting pokemon isn't going to affect the anime at all, the anime is separate from the games, and other products. Boycott on pokemon plushies IS NOT going to cause a change with the anime, those are completely separate.
The most effective thing we can do is boycott the anime, and that does include old episodes, because PUSA makes money off of those too. They always have.
But boycotting should be a last resort, we need to keep contacting PUSA and CN! That is the key to saving the anime.
Arguing among ourselfs is just what the naysayers want!! If we fall apart they win! We must unite our forces and charge PUSA and CN with everything we've got!!! We are so close to restoring the order, we cannot falter now! Our faith must be strong!! Remember the VAs, we do this for them!!! |

A whole school turned against PUSA's atrocity of a dub! That is major progress for us,
people are not taking this injustice lying down, it's only a matter of time before PUSA breaks like the greedy cowards they are.
This upcoming holiday season will be the season of triumph for all of SOVA.

Lapras87 has claimed to have emailed the head of 4Kids, Mr. Al Kahn. Lapras87claims that Al Kahn said that the VAs are under contract, and that if the VAs went to PUSA, they would be fired. You can read the post here:

The only thing that makes this somewhat believable is that he claims that Al said that the contracts would expire in two years, which means the VAs could work on season 11...
This totally contradicts what the VAs have been telling us from the start about the contracts... and personally, some us don't trust this member.
I call this as a lie, concocted to slow SOVA down! if the contracts were an issue the VAs would have told us that in the first place! laprasboy87 is an anti-SOVA troll! he even has a SONVA link in his sig! and SONVA died a week after it started!!
I wouldn't trust another word from Lapras87!! and I thank Hidden Mew and Butler for being among the only members aware enough to call BS on that liar.
Now we can get back to our efforts, so that the dub will finally be restored!! |

The Halloween plan has been a great success for us!
I passed out SOVA flyers to trick-or-treaters. There were some brats that didn't want flyers, but most of the kids took flyers I didn't even bother with any older kids, cause I knew a lot of them were just waiting to pull some naysayer stunt.
Speaking of naysayers, I also spread the word of SOVA, and left flyers at a Halloween party that I went to my naysayer ex-friend was there, and most of the people at the party didn't care for SOVA, but there were a few supporters. I told everyone I could to watch Dinosaur King too.
So the Halloween plan was a great step for our cause, on to the next plan! |

T hanks for taking care of all of the trolls Allysachanpc.
Now that the huge mess is behind us, we can focus on saving the real voice actors.
I wrote CN another email that said I am not watching DP and that I will not ever watch it unless it is restored to it's rightful cast.
I will also be passing out some flyers and spreadng the word at a Halloween party later this month.
Also, some more good news for 4Kids and our VAs. CW is getting rid of KidsWB and is selling the timeslot to 4Kids.
So that means our VAs will get more exposure, it also shows PUSA how they made a mistake by getting rid of them and 4Kids.

ok everyone.
we are heading for another weekend of awful dub episodes.
September 9th was the one year anniversary of the new actors dubbing seasons of the anime.
we probably should have made a mass attack on PUSA and CN back then but that's OK.
September 29th is the Manaphy giveaway. which is steady on course.
The flooding CN and PUSA with letters is going well like always.
how are the other projects coming along?
has anyone gotten started on the noodle project? or the My M&M's project?
I have just sent off some paper bags and a letter to PUSA.
I also traded some pokemon with SOVA as a nickname over GTS.
i have already told everyone around me about SOVA, they seemed to be unexcited, one jerk that I used to think was pretty cool started into a naysayer speech filled with lies and all, so I won't be talking to him anymore.

Once again it seems PUSA is requesting that we take down any, ANY Pokemon related items.. This is a vagrant violation of our first adamendment rights to publish news and information.
We will attempt to contact them, yet again, to find out what they really want, but I'm not holding my breath there for any real answers.. we will continue to publish what's being sent to us by their OFFICIAL PR agencies.. since it IS legit news and info.

Pokémon Palace Network, a large fan site and affiliate of Bulbagarden, has been deleted as a result of action by Pokémon USA. According to staff members, the U.S. Government raided Web master PPNSteve's California home, confiscating his belongings under suspicion of copyright infringement. PPNSteve last visited Bulbagarden Aug. 28.
Staff members have come to his defense, urging Pokémon fans to contact Pokémon USA to complain. TSS_Killer, in a post made yesterday on PPN Studio, said PPNSteve wants fans to write or e-mail the company to "save our fan sites." Some are worried the raid on PPN may be part of a larger crackdown on fan sites.
According to TSS_Killer, PPNSteve's possessions will remain with the government for 90 days.

ToysRus stores will be giving away Manaphys just like the Mew events last year.
