This evening while I was exploring the Mystery Jungle (where you recruit mew,) as banette I passed through a wall and picked up a lost loot. I don't know if this is anything spectacular, but I thought I'd jot it down. Until now I thought it was only something you could get with the wondermail generator or through specific missions, I didn't know you could find it randomly.

Now onto my real question. How exactly do egg moves work in mystery dungeon? Since you can't breed, does your pokemon just hatch with a random assortment of the possible egg moves it can inherit?

This is going to sound reeeeally stupid, but since I'm a huge fan of the supporting Rockets, I have to ask.

I've seen two Mystery Dungeon 2 fanarts (by different artists) that involve The Marauder's mask, so I need to know--does that mask show up in MD2 or what? Is there anything that's even similar? If so, what purpose does such an item serve? Or is this just a bizarre trend?

What is the best strategy to beat Amp Plains? I've tried to beat that dungeon over and over again but I always get my ass kicked in the Higher Amp Plains or at the Luxio Tribe. It doesn't really help that my main pokémon is a water type.

What should I do?

From what I understand, you can only get duskull by hatching an egg and/or as payment for a job. (I'm not sure if you can get him both ways or just one.)

Do you have to have BOTH the mystery slab and secret part (or whatever they're called) to recruit all the legendaries, or can you get by with just one? I've got one, but to get the other one I have to have a pichu in my party and I cannot for the life of me find that little jerk anywhere on amp plains. X(

If I kill Latias, which is one of the legends randomly wandering around a dungeon floor, will she come back if I return to that spot or is she gone for good?

I know in the last game, if you killed a dungeon boss, then the boss will reappear over and over until you recruit it. But the ones wandering the floors?
