The Boulder Badge
Your icon must be somehow reflect one attaining the Boulder Badge. The Boulder Badge is the first badge one gets in Pokemon Red/Blue (Fire Red/Leaf Green) from Brock in Pewter City. You can icon any citizen in the city, Brock, any of Brock's Pokemon, or whatever else you can think of.
