| Dratini eps and Jigglypuff Japanese song? |

Hi everyone,
I just finished reading a Pokemon anime book (this one if you're interested). It had four episodes in it and two had Jigglypuff. But there's no sound so I started looking for the Japanese Jigglypuff song on the internet. I did watch Pokemon when I lived in Japan but Jigglypuff was in none of the episodes I saw (they were already broadcasting Advanced Generation eps). I searched in both Japanese and English but I couldn't find any. So I was wondering if any of you know where to find this song?
