Well I know for a fact that half of you are lying!
IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE AWESOMENESS THAT IS CHRISTIAN BALE AND DEAD!HEATH LEDGER ON SCREEN, AT THE SAME TIME, THEN MY FRIEND YOU LIVE SUCH A VERY SAD LIFE INDEED.
Seriously, half the people I ask tell me they have not seen Batman yet. It's been out for four days! You all should have seen it multiple times by now. Anyway; the movie is EPIC and FIERCE and the world would be a very sad place without it. What makes it so fantastic is the believability it creates. All th characters seem so real. It's a great contrast against all the other Batman films; which were just a joke. Batman should always be remembered as Christian Bale; and the Joker should always be remembered as Heath Ledger; sorry Jack.
So in the next Batman film I'm thinking they will use the Riddler. We're going for a realistic feel here and I just don't think the Penguin or Freezer would be able to pull off "realistic". What do you think? Apparently the Joker is going to make an appearance as well. So who is replacing Heath? Not Daniel Day-Lewis?

I don't know what else I can say other than that was definitely one of the most EPIC endings I've seen.
I was nearly speechless throughout the last two episodes.
Seriously...wow. Wow. Those battles were AMAZING.
...I can't believe it's over now. Best cartoon of the decade, y/y?
(More comments later once I've taken time to reflect over everything that happened.)
EDIT: Oh wait, I wasn't speechless. I was going "oh shit oh shit" and "come on COME ON" and "wooooaaahhhh" the whole time. ._.;

A RL rant. .x.
My hatred for the DMV doubled yesterday, when I went to take my behind the wheel so I could get my license. I had woken up from a nice, short two and a half hour sleep, went to the DMV and waited two hours for my test (btw, those two hours started when my test should have started). I was then promptly failed when I discover that one of my brake lights is out, and my car is deemed unsafe. BULL! D< I leaved that fucked up building with a burning hatred, and a highly restrained need to run over the proctor. Hopefully I can get my license before my permit dies. |

I don't know if you who have been reading for a while have noticed, but I have been in France for a year now and my English has gotten so much worse. Mostly my grammar, but my accent as well. I guess it is because it's not my mother tongue and it is not really rooted well in any one style.
I really don't mind though. I can make myself understood very well I think :) |

I love Facebook and I love my friends and I love Dave's stupid jokes.
Batman was AWESOME, yo. Heath Ledger is impressive. It was great but scary. Like, really scary. The Joker is probably the creepiest Batman villain. The ugliest being Two-Face. Ugh.
If you think there's nothing cuter than a little Pascale in a white summer dress, think again. It's even cuter when said little Pascale in a white summer dress lets out a high-pitched scream when she sees a staff member disguised as the Joker. D'awww. I love her. <3
Surprise surprise, guess who showed up for dinner? The neighbors! And who asked me to leave the room so they could talk? My parents! Some things never change. XD I'm just slightly disappointed that I didn't get to spend more time out when this is how I'm greeted home. Heh.
I FOUND THE 'TENTH KINGDOM' DVD PACK HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT. And I got a new Cursive CD. Mucho win a la vida.
Today was so full of missed opportunities and could-be-interpreted-as and subtle rejection and omg you know when I said "everyone reminds me of a potential fanfiction protagonist" I really meant "you can be such a Ryan Ross sometimes".
I'm planning a Jesse/Conor AU in which Conor would be a (gay) wannabe novelist with zero success, and Jesse would be a (relatively heterosexual) literature teacher. Could have some potential if I really work on it.
WARPED TOUR TOMORROW OMG. I have to be at Gab's house by 9:30. I'll pick my clothes/bag/snacks tonight I guess. I can't wait to see Cobra again tbh. And talk to Gabe because he's just so damn cool. And William because...because it was on my to-do list! There.

Today I woke up at 3 PM. Insane. First day I've finally slept properly this week. I went downstairs and baked cookies and watched Kung Fu Panda. Then I realized I'd gotten a text from Salle while I was sleeping and he wanted to hang out, but it was kinda too late for that when it was 5 PM and Amanda, Solberg and I'd made plans to go to the movies and see Sex And The City The Movie. Salle later texted me saying he might throw a party later this week.
The movie was niiice. And I smoked a lot, so did Amanda. Then Solberg and I missed our last bus home from Kungsbacka and Solberg's big-sister Anna came and picked us up at the station at like 1,30 AM. Heh.
I don't know what I'll do tomorrow..
Now I'm off to read and pet Bernard until I fall asleep^^ He's already sleeping, awws.
I'm looking foward to August when Emma comes.

My bro cleaned the disc with that one stuff, so now I can call The Boss (and everyone else, for that matter) without the game imploding. Woo! I haven't gotten too far yet. I've died twice already though; the game over screen in this one is awesome. (TIME PARADOX.)
Oh yeah, and apparently it's International Femslash Day today. Never heard of it before now. Guess I should read a good fic before the day ends. |

| My thoughts on The Dark Knight. |

Personally the movie was AMAZING. But as we know, every amazing movie has downfalls--there is no perfect movie.
Lets start with the good parts.
1. Heath Ledger.
One word: Awesome. He blew my mind in the movie. I was not expecting him to be as awesome as he was. I mean sure, I was hyped up from the trailers/clips with him but I didn't expect what I was expecting.
This movie really made my change my mind about Heath Ledger. Honestly a few years back, I hated him. I thought his acting was crap. But then I saw Brokeback Mountain about 2 years ago and I was like 'Okay he isn't too bad but isn't too spectacular either.' So then, I see him in The Dark Knight playing the Joker I was amazed. He wasn't just playing the Joker, HE WAS the Joker. He embodied him.
I half expected a more serious, straight-forward Joker but I got total opposite. He was a sadistic, hilarious Joker. I mean you think of him as the crazy/insane person but you find out actually everything he said during the whole movie made sense in a Joker-like way.
I don't think this movie would have been as good if the Joker or Heath Ledger wasn't in there.
2. The Bat-Pod.
One of the coolest things you will EVER see. I swear to god when I saw that I was literally pissing my pants with excitement.
You know there are way more pros about the movie but I want to keep it at a minimum of a few things.
Now for the downfalls.
1. Two Face.
Personally I liked Two Face. Aaron Eckhart did an amazing job as Two Face/Harvery Dent but the screen time pissed me off. Also the fact he was defeated so early annoyed me. Two Face was supposed to be some crazy killer who can't decide whether to kill or not so he flips a coin to decide.
You know, I love Two Face, I truely do but they downed him in the movie. Basically I share the same feelings as I do for Ra's Al Ghual from Batman Begins. Sure they did a good job with the characters but you have amazing actors and you don't give them more screen time or make them more badass?
I know, I know, it is only a movie and you can only fit soooo much in a movie, but they could have done better things with Two Face.
2. Scarecrow
All I have to say is: What the fuck.
I didn't understand why they even added him in the movie if it was only a cameo. Meh. I loved Scarecrow from Begins but to do this? It kind of annoyed me.
Yeah Yeah I know, 'CAN'T HAVE A MILLION VILLIANS IN ONE MOVIE!!111!!!one!!' but I didn't understand the point of Scarecrow at all he was doing was selling drugs to people and having his minions dressed up as Batman(which I found as the lulz. He tries to hard to troll Batman =P ), then Batman comes in and owns him. No point at all, it didn't help the plot or anything.
That is about all of my cons.
I would for sure say the pros outweighed the cons. SEE THE MOVIE, ONCE, TWICE, OR TEN TIMES. It is worth every penny.
As for my favorite scene. It involves a certain nurse. =D |

| New Layout! (And Other Updates) |

I adore A Little Princess, so I'm really happy with this theme. The layout itself is, admittedly, somewhat boring, but what can ya do?
Ksera is not my roommate for this year. I don't know whether I'm happy about it or not. As much as I complained about her, I wouldn't mind sharing a room with her again. I know all of her habits and what not, and it actually makes a lot of sense, since we have the same friends who we constantly hang out with.
My new roommate is a freshman named Carina, and she seems really sweet, but I don't think we'll have anything in common. I hate making assumptions, but she seems like one of those girls I would normally have avoided in high school, just because she looks pretty and popular. xD I'm so terrible. So while living with her will probably be okay, I doubt we'll turn out to be as good of friends as Ksera and I are. :\ Rats.
Just two more weeks of class! And the midterm was a lot easier than I thought it would be. That's really all I have to say about that. About anything, really. xD My life's been so uneventful.
