For help with your file, try pkmn_game_help or for trading purposes see pokewifi (BUT DON'T POST MORE THAN TWICE A DAY). For media try pokemedia. If you get annoyed by the youngsters, try pokemon_adult (over 21s but not pornographic [don't be disappointed]).
