It’s Irish night for IFP and we get a little drunk making food with Guinness, Smithwick’s, Irish coffee and Jameson Whisky.
We have
Appetizers: Crubeens (fried stewed brined pigs feet) and beer Sausage stuffed mushrooms
Main Course: Shepherds pie Carrots in cream Soda bread and Potato and Leek soup
Dessert: Irish coffee Guinness bread
Things get weird when Uberbastard makes Apple Butter in the literal sense.
