Hey there, I'm Jennifer and I've been roleplaying for about ten years (and I am old, so I fit all age requirements). I currently mod a few games and what I'm really looking for is somewhere where I can go to just play and not have to worry about all of the mod stuff (don't get me wrong, I love it, but a game or two where I'm just a player seems like a nice prospect).

I'm open to playing just about anyone, though, Hannah Abbott, Alice Longbottom, and Marlene McKinnon are my favorites. My Character History can be found here to give you an example of my background. I will only play MWPP, Trio/Post-Trio, I might consider Next-Gen and AU if they're really well done. I also only do threads, no AIM nonsense, and I prefer no games that require you to write first-person journals, I'm sorry, but Wizards having accessible journals for others makes no sense to me and I just dislike it.

The big niche with me is that I am incredibly picky about games. I am looking for something with a well-developed plot and characters, zero drama (I refuse to tolerate it), organized, responsible, and active mods, active players, and a game that isn't going to die within a few weeks. I prefer LJ, but I will play on IJ, DW, or IS.

I've been looking through ads for a few weeks while promoting my own games, but nothing has really caught my eye, so please, lure me into your games (I don't want one-liners with the name and year, I want detailed description, really try to sell me on the games, or I won't even bother looking).

What I'm looking for in any game: active & friendly muns, more than 10 characters, less than 100, no net-speak unless it's a journal based game. I prefer IJ to LJ, but will do either.

What I'm not looking for in any game: a game that's just started. I'll consider it, but it would have to look like it was going to get off the ground.

Still with me? GOOD! I'm looking to play Sam Winchester from Supernatural, particularly. There are a lot of Deans out there, SOMEONE has to be looking for his little brother. If nobody wants him, I'm also interested in playing Sally Sparrow, from Doctor Who, and Draco Malfoy.

What I'd love but won't require: For Sam and Sally, I'd love to find a pan-fandom, asylum-based game. I'll play the characters straight gladly, but I've seen the concept before and have always wanted to try it. For Draco, a post-war game, set with the kids in Harry's year somewhere in their 20s.

Would love a chance to play: SEVERUS SNAPE (Marauder's Era or Trio Era, I'm flexible), any Malfoy (particularly Narcissa), any Weasley (most experience with Ron and Percy), Albus Severus Potter, Teddy Lupin, James Potter Jr, Minerva McGonagall, Albus Dumbledore, SIRIUS BLACK (though not Marauder's Era, I'm afraid - only crazy Azkab& Sirius), Nymphadora Tonks, or - if you're really desperate - Remus Lupin.

What I'm looking for: A fun, lively game. Canon, crack, AU, don't care - experience with all of 'em. Game with minimal drama or at least entertaining drama. Approachable, efficient mods. Don't care re: overarching plot.

My Strengths: I can play the hell out of a teenage boy. I have good comic timing. I'm good with one-liners. I can manage bad guys with aplomb and creepiness. I can make Snape an unmitigated bastard. I like 3-D characterizations. I have a firm knowledge of UK spellings, syntax and culture. I like canon pairings and tend to stick to them (in game mode, anyway). I'm good with family dynamics and understated angst. I'm good with plots. I'm good with violence. I get along with people.

My Weaknesses: I get distracted easily. I tend to make a saint and a martyr of Percy Weasley (though not as much as I used to). I have a hard time saying no thanks to an awesome plot idea, even if it's not in the best interests of my characters' development. I tend to foam at the mouth at any shockingly badly-played characters or relationships. I may have been involved in a bloodless coup of one rpg I was in (it wasn't my fault! I swear!).

Experience: The fic tag on my journal. Ron: weasleytheking, Percy: future_minister (slightly ashamed of that one), DE Aldous Mulciber _mulciber_. In HP, have also played: Severus Snape, Igor Karkaroff, Lord Voldemort, Pansy Parkinson, and Molly Weasley. Was Hugh Grant in celebs_on_crack and a_list_celebs , and Johnny Depp in A-List as well (both spoof rpgs). Have played a handful of OCs in various crack HP rpgs. Hey there, I'm Jennifer and my Katie Bell muse is dying for a home. I've been roleplaying for close to nine years and I have a ton of samples if anyone would like to see them. Here's what I'm looking for:
-A game that takes place somewhere either during or after Deathly Hallows. I'm fine with epilogue or non-epilogue compliant games, though, I don't want to to play any future-gen games right now.

A little about Katie:
-She's a half-blood.
-She's a tomboy with a big mouth and a liking for Scotch. She's a very free-spirit who, depending on when the game takes place, is learning how to grow up.
-She's a writer and while she takes her time working on novels and short stories, she takes on odd jobs freelance writing for newspapers and such. I'd be very open to having her work anywhere. Depending on when the game takes place, she could also already be published.
