Any of you guys know how to convert an mp3 into a ringtone?
The file I'd like to use is currently a Winamp Media file but it's just a simple conversion matter and it'll be mp3. Beyond that I'm lost.

What places have steam cleaners that you can rent to clean your carpets? So far I know N. Versailles Walmart and Monroeville Rainbow Rental don't. I live in Wilkinsburg, but will go to any nearby town like Penn Hills, East Liberty, Shadyside, Oakland, Edgewood, North Versailles, Monroeville, etc.
On another note, why would people in a town like Penn Hills put down 'Pittsburgh' on their mail?
Thanks.

THIS IS CRUCIAL.
Port Authority Transit (aka the only Public Transportation system in Pittsburgh) is planning massive cutbacks to service starting in June of this year, along with raising the fees -- again -- in January of '08. Here is WTAE's story, and here is PAT's announcement (in PDF format). According to the WTAE story (I haven't counted to confirm, but I trust their ability to do math) the number of bus routes from 213 to 92.
That is not a typo. Ninety-two. That's more than a 55% reduction in routes. We're not talking about thinning down the number of times a route is run (although I'm sure that will happen as well), we're talking about entire routes being eliminated.
PAT has scheduled public hearings to take comments, but given how receptive they've been to them in the past I doubt it will do any good.
If this continues... I don't know if I will be able to continue living in this city. And I have a car.
