barley52 was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome in January, 2006. In February, he learned the only treatment with the potential to cure the syndrome is bone marrow transplant. In March, 2006, the search began for an unrelated donor, and in August, an excellent match was found. He's on his way.... |
