this is only my second post...so i'd like to say hello :]
I'm in the process of dying my blonde highlights pink with diluted Red Passion &a bit of Virgin Snow.
I eventually want to dye it all pink, but I know that I'll have to wear a wig if I do. My only problem is that my hair is about half way down my back and pretty thick.
My question is- What are your experiences with wigs when your hair is longer than the wig you are buying? Is it strange to have all your hair "stuffed up"? And- assuming your using a quality wig, will it still look like your hair?
(I checked the memories &didnt see any of these questions really addressed- but if I missed something please let me know)

blahh so I tried fading my last pink and bleaching again... but it only got to like a light salmon with some hot pink pieces here and there and a few light orangey streaks from the black i lifted awhile ago.(yuck) My hair just doesnt want to budge! =(
I did have pieces that were close to white, but after using Pravana's Rose color, the over all color came out strangely a bit like a neon coral.



I think Im goin back to Pravana's Magenta. Much nicer & darker virbrant shade of pink that doesnt fade so fast.

Friday I decided to GO PINk and by Saturday night I was well on my way :D

I was at one time in my life, a proud pink-head. (three years~!)



Out of a serious of HORRIBLE hair decisions I have gone from pink, to my natural blonde, to brown. I'm looking to go pink again: cotton candy pink! Any suggestions dye wise? I was looking at Special Effects' Cupcake Pink, since Special Effects has never failed me, but I was curious as to what you had to say.

Its been ages since I've posted but I love looking at all your pictures and feeling less lonely in the world! It would be quite amazing to get us all together in one room : )
But here is my little update anyway. My hair has been this way 4 years and counting, I can't seem to tire of it..

Hello everyone! :D I have a recent picture of my hair; it has faded a bit in places, and some places have turned blonde, blah. It's not really noticeable, but it still bugs me, haha. My roots are also starting to show, so I'll be touching them up as soon as I get bleach.


Also, I have a question for you lovely pink haired people! I shampoo my hair pretty much everyday, and if I don't, it gets really greasy the next day. Is there anything I can do, other than shampoo daily, to help with this? Thanks for your help, it's greatly appreciated! ^_^ <3

just testing it out, I didn't bleach the sections (i want like a pretty light cotton candy colour) enough but I'm thinking of going all the way in the future :)

alright, so Ive been pink on & off... I went red & black for my wedding in August, but I missed my pink and went back... so I was rockin the pravana pink and black hair for a bit, until yesterday.
Im debating on going platinum or baby pink.. so 3 bleachings later, not quite pale enough, but had to give the hair a rest and do something. this is what I'm at:

So after my frantic post enquiring as to whether I'd stain my kitchen sink rinsing my hair the other night, I promised you photos!

In fact, I had a lot of fun just making a mini photo documentary, as I did two separate bleachings/dyings on two separate areas of my head :) Sooooo.....

Cupcake pink over crazy faded wildflower. The purple at the top is it mixing with my natural hair color because I was too lazy to bleach it.
