| About: | This community was created for the openly vain and the vain at heart. I must remind you this is called "Picture Whores," meaning this is not a community to post entries (use your own journal for that), surveys, or anything of the sort. I think I speak for everyone when I say, we do not care about your day and we couldn't give a damn about what kind of flower you would be. All entries not having to do with photos shall be deleted. This is a community for POSTING PICTURES. Anyone is free to join, but anyone who comments negatively or cruelly shall be immediately banned from the community. I created an email address for users to send reports of community abuse. I remind you again that no negative comments are allowed in our community. If someone says something that makes you uncomfortable I want you to tell me. As your host, I want to make this an enjoyable community. When reporting abuse, send me a direct link to place the comments were made. From there I will look into it. All abusers will be banned permanently from Picture Whores. I have a very short temper for any form of negativity directed toward someone else. That includes racism, sexism, and homophobia. Outline of the Rules: As our community grows I need to refresh everyone on the rules from time to time. The main rules are as follows. -NO TEXT ONLY POSTS! -No negative or cruel comments. You will be deleted. If you see someone you don't find attractive, just don't comment. Maturity!!! -Large photos must be placed in a lj cut. For a quick reference of the codes, please go here. -If you have more then three photos you wish to share, please place the extras in an LJ cut. -No stories or poetry. This isn't the community for that. Short stories are permitted if they go with the pictures. -Nudity is permitted if you are over 18 (I shall look into the ages of all those who post photos of this nature), but should be placed behind an lj cut. -Please don't link other sites unless it goes with the photo. -This is not a place to promo other communities. -I have gotten a few complaints about gore in photos. Please place gory photos in a cut. This will help stop the messages I am getting saying my community has caused nightmares or induced vomiting or gagging. Don't like the rules?
