We Win at Fangirl 2.0
Because it worked so well last year, that it seemed like a good reason to repeat it!
The History: Last year,medelle, in the throws of withdraw tasked me with finding a ticker that could be posted to her livejournal and I did. And then we shared it with the livejournal community because we're awesome like that.
What the Banner looks like:

What the ticker can be used for:
Anything actually, but the graphics are all Who related.
The Fine Print:
We aren't nearly as worried about bandwidth this year as we were last year because the livejournal community has been very cool. That being said we'd ask that you some discretion in linking your banner. The banner will only work on Livejournal. Trying to post it anywhere else will result in a broken file. If for any reason it looks like our bandwidth is going to tank, we will pull the plug.medelle is paying the bills, she gets the final say on that.
