Как за качество, так и за соответствие нормам морали авторы отвечают своей репутацией перед другими участниками. |
There is no thorough rules here prescribing what should a good post look like or what the photo should be kind of. All members just may post photos they have taken by themselves the way they feel it should be done. Most important is that author should feel that his work deserves to be published. No pre-moderation is to be carried out for the moderators. The authors are responsible for the quality and ethics with their reputation among the other members. |
Если вдруг по недоразумению здесь появится что-либо неподобающее приличному обществу (а здесь могут быть и дети), коллеги вполне могут попросить автора самого исправить ситуацию. If anything inappropriate to a respectable community should appear here by mistake (you may encounter even a child as the member), then the colleagues will advice the author to have it fixed. In worst cases a special Board of Seniors photo_guild_snr can make an obligatory decision what to do about the case. |

ПРИНЦИПЫ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ СООБЩЕСТВА Организационная структура клуба преследует целью создание комфортных условий для участников и сохранение некоторой доли порядка без скатывания в анархию или абсолютизм. Собственно, Фото-Гильдия воплощает идею именно сообщества-клуба, участники которого имеют возможность влиять на его развитие и повседневную жизнь. И главным инструментом этого влияния будет клубный принцип формирования состава участников и принятие некоторых решений. Вступить в Фото-Гильдию можно только по личному приглашению, и этим оно радикально отличается от большинства остальных. При этом клубному духу (за дух, конечно, трудно говорить наверняка - но ведущему - точно) не близка идея доминирования некоей самозванной "высшей силы" над "миром смертных". Потому даже в вопросе участия мы будем пытаться избежать разрешительного подхода, когда некто недоступный как бы милостиво дозволяет одним просителям и отказывает другим. Ведущий не будет принимать и рассматривать ничьи заявки. Вместо этого, ведущий берёт на себя труд сформировать начальное ядро коллектива в соответствии с полуавтоматическими процедурой и критериями. А в будущем регулярно обновляемая коллегия, представляющая более объективное мнение, наряду с ведущим сможет приглашать новых участников, в том числе и в ответ на заявки. Коллективное приглашение имеет и другое преимущество. В ЖЖ есть много превосходных фото-сообществ, в том числе тематических. Часто они объединяют действительно отличных мастеров и интересны именно своей приверженностью теме. Но практически все такие сообщества формируются инициативой самих вступающих и модераторов. Будем надеяться, что в Фото-Гильдии вероятность встретить представителей отдалённых краёв ЖЖ-нета будет выше. |
THE COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONAL PRINCIPLES Organizational structure of the club reflects the goal of having comfort with the membership and keeping of some kind of order here while not falling into anarchy or absolutism. In essence Photo-Guild embodies the idea of a community as a club where its members have more influence on the club's evolution and everyday's life. And that influence in the community is meant to be implemented through its club-alike membership policy and some decision making procedures. A person may become a Photo-Guild member only in response to a personal invitation and that is distinguishing it from many other communities. At the same time the idea of some impersonated "destiny" dominating the "mortal world" is quite alien to club spirit (well, not easy to say for the spirit but to the driver - definitely). So even in dealing with membership we will try to avoid any kind of permitting processes held by a single person, which would lead to a state where some authors willing to join are favourably allowed while some others will be refused. The Photo-Guild driver does not accept or review any requests to join at all. Instead, the driver takes an obligation to organize some core team according to semi-automatic procedure and criteria calculations. Along with the driver, a board of senior and active members, that will be refreshed on a regular basis and represent more impartial view, will be able in future to invite new members and review requests. Inviting new members collectively should give another good chance. There are plenty of nice photo communities here in LJ including those ones concerned about some specific subjects. Such communities often unite really great masters and are interesting exactly for their commitment to the theme. Though, almost all of them are formed by joiners' and moderators' initiative. Will hope, the Photo-Guild will give us more chances to meet photographers from many distant corners of th LJ-Net. |

ЗЫ Существует традиция, по которой в пику существующему сообществу кем-то создаётся альтернативное, более открытое и менее контролируемое. Клуб Фото-Гильдия ценит комфорт всех заинтересованных лиц, поэтому такое сообщество уже создано. Оно совершенно открыто для присоединения всех желающих. Но на собственный страх и риск вступающих - никаких гарантий по качеству, удовольствию, прочтению постов кем-либо, и продолжительной возможности участвия. Даже существование этого сообщества не гарантировано - оно совершенно без правил :) Тем не менее, желающие - встречайте ещё одну флуд-платформу: photo_guild_fld. Можно условно считать её клубом читателей Фото-Гильдии. |
PS It is common when around some restricted community another one is created by someone else to be an open alternative. Photo-Guild values comfort of all people involved including its readers. So the open alternative has already been created. It's really open for everyone to join. But at your own risk - no guarantee on quality, fun, being read and even continued membership. Even that community itself may be dropped some time - there is definetely no rules there :) So here it is, one more Flood Platform: photo_guild_fld. One can think of it as The Photo-Guild Readers' Club. |
