This community is for questions, comments, etc. on philosophy of law.

I created it because I think any law or philosophy student can benefit from discussions on issues, and also...I needed some help and had trouble finding it.

So here are a few rules...

Funny trolling is permitted.People who consistently engage in behaviors that are not funny (I have a good sense of humor) will be banned.

Do your own homeworkIf you have a question about something specific that you do not understand, then ask. People will be glad to help you out. But do not wait until the night before your project/paper is due, and then ask for assistance and expect to receive it. Some people put a lot of work into their papers, and if you choose not to, do not expect others to pick up your slack.

Harassing of members is not permitted and will not be toleratedHarassing of other members includes personal attacks, blatantly fallacious arguments against their valid (I will define valid) queries, etc. I think we're all adults here, and hopefully we can engage in peaceful distribution of ideas without being afraid that someone will attack us.

Leave the foul language to the comments pageDo not post language and/or obscene materials (including pictures) and if you must swear then put it behind a cut.

Try to keep posts on topicLeave the metaphysics to the other philosophy communities. I will be monitoring this closely.

If you are going to quote something, make sure that you make it completely obvious who you are quoting and for what reasonSelf-evident. Do not take credit for someone else's work.

If you have a problem with any user, please contact me (or other mods that may appear sometime in the future)

People who do not follow these rules will be banned from this community.I can't watch this community all day, everyday, but I will ban those who refuse to follow these rules. Exceptions will be granted on a case by case basis ;)
