To claim, please leave the following:

    It can take me up to a month to get to your claim (although I doubt it will. Unless, of course, this comm takes off. Then that would be great. :D), so be sure that you've included all the information I'd need. Too much information is better than not enough!

    When your claim is accepeted, I will reply to your post (you should get an e-mail alert), delete the post and add your claim to the table.

    I know you may be happy to see other fic'friends here, but please do not post a response to anyone's claim post. It just makes for more stuff for me to sort through. Post in their fic, I'm sure they'll be happy to get the comments! :)

    Also, please don't post 'thank you' after I have approved you. It's sweet, but if you really want to thank me, read my fics and comment. That will make me happier than having to delete another post. :)

    hi there,
    just discovered this comm thru a post someone did in my comm,
    [info]dean_layla (a Supernatural fandom community for people interested in
    the Dean Winchester/Layla Rourke pairing or friendship).

    i was interested in doing something for supernatural, but looking at
    your rules and prompt table/claiming posts, i can't seem to see anything
    at all that is free. also, it looks like this comm has been around for
    awhile, and there looks like there's a waiting list. are all the
    prompts taken, period? it's such a great idea, and i'd really like to
    do something, but am confused as to the actual opportunities for people
    like me who've just discovered this community.

    looking forward to hearing from you. again, this is just an awesome
    idea for a comm.

    You know, it seems that "one claim at a time" rule is a bit silly. Not too many people claim the same thing often, and I thought it would actually help to keep things organized, but experience tells me this idea is a total bust.

    The rule is axed! Claim whatever you wish. :)
