About

This community was started as a way for local writers to get together and discuss their work and arrange for meet-ups and workshops. Any type of fiction or nonfiction is welcome, but original characters and plots are preferred for workshopping purposes (i.e: no fanfiction please!). It would be great to have workshops in person, but if people would like to use this space to get feedback on short segments of their work, they are welcome. Please put any long entries behind a cut. Information about getting published, professional opportunities or other local literary groups are welcome.
