(i didn't want to bother the rest of the community who didn't care to hear about buying things together, and i was starting to post too many things to my personal journal that i'm sure my friends were starting to get annoyed) so here we are! our very own co-op and we don't have to buy a storefront! ingenious!

i figure it'll go like this: someone posts about buying stuff and the others join in telling the original poster what he or she wants. the original poster then pays hi/r own money to buy it all. when it comes in, a meetingplace will be set and that is where the money and goods exchange happens. (if someone has to cross the bridge, everyone divides the toll between themselves.)

of course this comes with a bit of risk. so, we will keep a log of all people who respond to a post, lets the original poster order the goods and then skips out on hi/r. we will discuss the penalty, but i am leaning toward an immediate banning. (since it's dealing with money and all, i don't think we should allow someone who is intentionally messing with someone's finances to do it a second time. but then again, everyone makes mistakes or runs out of money. so we will put it up to a vote.)
