Why do you love the Phelps twins?:Ohhhhh. Um. I'm going to be superficial right about now and say it's because they are steaming hot. I have a small thing for twins....*drools*
Which twin is your favorite and why?: James is probably my favorite. I am not one of those people who cannot tell identical twins apart, and I think he is so much hotter. And, Fred in the best. I cried when he died.

NAME: Misa, well that's what you can call me.

AGE: 26, I gusse, but I don't feel like it.

LOCATION: Mass, uggg but it's always sooo cold here!!!

WHY DO I LOVE THE PHELPS TWINS: Many reasons, #1 they very, very, and let me stress VERY, HOT!!! I think they're the perfect actors to play the twins. And well I just think they're all around lovely.

WHICH TWIN IS MY FAVORITE AND WHY: James is my fave, and you know what I'm not really sure why. I think they're both hot but for some reason I think James is hotter. Maybe it's because I like Fred more in the books, I'm not sure. He just seems so funny and sweet in interviews.

ANYTHING ELSE I'D LIKE TO ADD: Humm, well I just love Harry Potter, I love the Phelps twins, and the Weasley twins. I write fan fic ( always Fred and George centric.) And I am a aspireing writer, of my own stuff. But it is in the young adult fantasy type. So if any wants the link to my fan fic's let me know. Or if you want to know more about the books that I am writting, ( They may be being sent to a publisher soon! YIKES!!!) Or if you just want to talk, I love new friends!!! I really do. Our favorite twins are doing their part for charity once again, and supporting this year's Spellathon.

James and Oliver Phelps support UK school spelling challenge

Mencap is challenging schools across the UK to join in this year's Spellathon. Now in its 15th year, Mencap's national sponsored spelling challenge makes spelling fun for children whilst raising awareness of learning disability. It is simple for teachers to organise and ties in with the national curriculum, including literacy and citizenship modules.

Spellathon is supported by James and Oliver Phelps, the actors who play the mischievous Weasley twins in the Harry Potter films. They comment: "Spellathon is a fun way for children to improve their spelling, whilst at the same time learning about the great work that Mencap does".

Pupils are sponsored per word. 25% of funds raised can be kept by the school. The remaining funds raised by the school will help Mencap continue to support children and adults with a learning disability and their families and carers. The school that raises the most money will receive a special visit from the Weasley twins!

This exciting challenge is open to children in mainstream schools, up to the age of 13 (key stage 3), and also to special schools. A Teacher Resource Pack, produced with the Oxford University Press, includes spelling lists for all ages and abilities and activity sheets that are suitable for pupils with a learning disability and of pre-school age. The resource pack is also available in Welsh.

Half Blood Prince

If you go to the Leaky Cauldron, you'll find quite a few photos and articles about the Half-Blood Prince filming going on! Sadly, no pictures of our favorite twins have appeared yet...though the article I linked to mentions that James is apparently pulling double duty, also helping the crew out to gain experience for a future career behind the camera. Go James!!

I can't wait to see what Oliver and James do after Harry Potter is over.
James I know has talked about working behind the camera. But I don't know about Oliver! Maybe he will too.

Here's another link I'd like to share with you guys! It's a forum called Phelps Anonymous, and it's (as you may guess by the title) dedicated to James and Oliver! I just became a member in this past week and have to say I love it. I've never really gotten into forums but the combination of the irresistable topic and the really great people there caught me.

At least one of you is already on this forum, but I wanted to share it with those of you who may not know of it! Membership is off-limits to those under 18, because it tries to foster more mature discussions of the twins beyond "OMG lyk they are so totally hot I luv them!!1!!111"

Twice as Nice

It's my favorite twins website. It's got everything from fun facts on the twins, to a gigantic gallery of pictures, to videos and interviews with the twins...there's even a nice recorded greeting from the twins themselves when you go to the homepage! The webmistress obviously puts a lot of effort into the website and it's well worth taking a look at.

Why do you love the Phelps twins?: Not only are they absolutely the hottest men to walk the earth, they are also very talented! Plus, in every story I've heard, every interview I've read and every video I've seen, they come across as being so genuine, sweet and charming young men! They do their part for charity and are always wonderful with their fans.
Which twin is your favorite and why?: Oliver is my favorite! (And yes, I can actually tell them apart...even in baby pictures!) I love James too of course but I am drawn to Oliver. He seems very laidback and calmer perhaps than James.
