Hey guys and gals, I have two quick questions for you:

1) Does anyone have/know where I can find an upload of Polaroid?  I finally found a copy on eBay about a week ago and when it finally came in it is the right case with the original liner notes, but the cd was the Lonely Day/Live 5-Song EP.  I've searched the entire internet trying to find a download and I'm starting to lose hope.

2) Can anyone tell me if PP's Sony Connect Sets live set was a physical release or was it a download/stream like some of the newer Connect Sets are?

so i was going through some of my old cds and realized i had an extra copy of the dec 17, 1999 fanclub only show.  would anybody be interested in this?  the cd was only available through the fanclub a few mos after the actual show, apparently i went nuts and bought more than one copy.  anyhoo, it was a pretty legit show, with "two sets" the first consisting of is missing tracks, and the 2nd with a good deal of polaroid numbers.  exact listing as follows:

Sitting in my room right now and I want to get rid of them. Their all black with in white it says PHANTOM PLANET RAISE THE DEAD. I got them as promo and I wasn't able to hand them out. If you are interested in posters, it's going to be first come first serve, but just e-mail me at laurlovesmusic@gmail.com and all I would ask for is for you to send 2 bucks or something around that for each poster just for the price to send it. As I said, it's first come, first serve and I'm trying to get rid of them because they take up a lot of room.....

I'm a big fan of Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! And I guess Alex Greenwald is as well. I came across this myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/caesyandhisborthre where Alex, Mickey Madden, and Z Berg cover two songs that are featured on the show as a part of the "Casey and his bother" skit.

I figure there are probably a few Tim and Eric loving Phantom Planet fans out there.

sooooo. for awhile the band didn't have an official website, so as some of you already know, in my lame-ness I decided to start a fansite. By the time I figured out how to work the internet they already had an official website launched but it's still not updated as much as it should be and it doesn't have a forum, which i know a lot of fans want.

So here goes nothing.

these are the links you need to know.
- www.phantomplanetonline.com - updated with news and has an updated tour date list than what they have on their myspace/official site.
- www.phantomplanetonline.com/boards - you should all go join and get the conversation going. you can't say the band doesn't have a forum for its' fans anymore. it just unofficially launched yesterday, so it would be cool to get a bunch of members on it and have it be active.
- www.myspace.com/phantomplanetonline - part of the network of the site. basically it serves as an alert system to tell you when new news or tour dates are added or if the website gets updated. so add it. please? ;)

eventually the website will have a gallery and a media section up and running. mhmm.

I was cleaning out my closet when I found an envelope. It had a signed copy of The Guest (reissue) booklet and a patch. I don't remember how or why I have this at all. Does anyone know? Was it some type of PPF promotion?

I was reminded of this almost release a little while ago when someone here posted Stiffs and Just A Scratch and I ganked 'em. (Thanks for that by the way.) Anyway, I vaguely remember there being associated album art posted somewhere... phantomplanetfamily.com, I'm assuming. They had a yearbook theme, with yearbook-like pictures of the guys in PP and a few guys from Maroon 5, I think and beyond that I really can't remember. I've now spent way too much time searcing for these pictures and just figured I'd ask here.

If anybody has the album art from Forever and is willing to share, I would love you forever... and probably into the afterlife.
