ABOUT phan_icontest

Each challenge will feature a character from the Phantom then switch top another theme.
At the end of the two challenges, there will be a battle between the winners
The awards will include top three, mods choice, and battle winner. Also Phantom Icon Contest is a place where you can post icons, blends, manips, etc... that are Phantom of the Opera related. You can also talk about anything having to do with Phantom of the Opera.

Contest rules
1. Submit the number of icons provided in that challenge
2. Icons must fit LJ standards (40kb & 100x100 pixels)
3. Text, animation, & blending will vary each challenge.
4. Include the image and url of icons when submitting them
5. Do not show your icons until the challenge ends
6. Their will be for contests for every theme.
