AboutThis is a community for fans of Pittsburgh punk and metal bands. Surprisingly, there's a lot of them out there. Sometimes discussions may drift to that blurry line between these and the local indie scene. Feel free to post and be merry.

- The Mr. Roboto Project is a primary venue for local punk and metal bands (mostly the former).
- WPTS and WRCT are local college stations that play the bands discussed here.
- The radio stations have concert calendars, but there's also the ever-famous Pittsburgh Show List (which, sadly, is never updated).
- pittpunk.com is chock full of local punk-related resources, as the name implies.
