The monthly
ADORE (A Dialogue on Race & Ethnicity) is scheduled for Fri., Feb. 8.
The
Davies Forum had an excellent showing and a roaring conversation about colorism within the African American community at the last forum. This next one is on education, besides conversation and refreshments, will be followed by an
open mic coffee house for free music (it's a historically white venue, but we welcome diversity of music, ethnicities, "race", and cultures). The forum was pleasantly very integrated. The African American speakers said they were pleased to see that whites were interested in "their issues".
