Mission Statement

I've tried doing recs before. They get bogged down pretty quickly in me trying to convince people that the stories are beautifully written in some way, and triaging for quality, and all of that sort of thing.
Hey, these are important issues and really good ones to consider. But it stops me from successfully maintaining a recs page.
So, instead, I welcome you to Pete, Repeat. (The name comes from that children's joke:
-Pete and Repeat are sitting in a boat. Pete falls out. Who's left in the boat?
-Repeat.
-Pete and Repeat are sitting in a boat. Pete falls…ad infinitem.
These are stories that, having read them once, I think I'll want to read them again. I'll include title, author's name, fandom, pairing, and enough info so that I can pick the story out of a line up. Also, whatever other info I feel like (which info may contain spoilers for the story). But that's all I'm promising.
Well, no. I'm also promising to faithfully use the memories to sort pairing, fandom, and one or two other categories. Challenges, probably. Maybe moods. WIPs.
Anyway, I hope you have fun. I think I will.
