Hi - I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan and could provide transportation if needed. Also, my roomate who is not on lj is a veterinary technician, so I can always try to ask her for information.
I own one large dog and cannot take fosters, however, I have quite a few resources that can and will pass on all pertinant info.
I also make frequent trips to Lansing Michigan.

I have a reliable car and can help if you lack transportation and means to procure it in the Maryland-DC area and need to transport a cat or other small animal in a carrier to or from a fosterer/fosteree, the veterinarians, or a like situation, as my schedule permits. |

| Transportation assistance offered in/near NC |

I'm in the Triangle area of North Carolina (that is, the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area). I have a car and a flexible schedule. I can offer transportation of any kind of animal that will fit in a relatively small car.
This includes transportation to/from a foster home. I'm willing to drive some distance for transportation to a foster home if it's necessary -- I'll offer 4 hour drive as a first approximation to my limit. For a long drive I'd ask for some gas reimbursement.
It also includes transportation of an animal to/from a vet or animal hospital, if someone local to me needs help with that. |
