Settlement Agencies
Can anyone recommend a good settlement agency (for real estate) they have dealt with in Perth???

There are so many to choose from........ thought it would be best to see if anyone has any recommendations (or warnings!!) ??

Cant remember who I used on 2 occasions due to the fact that they keep chaging names, but if its for purchasing a property most will give you discuount of 20% or so....

Act lame and say a friend suggested them to you ages ago and ask if you can get a discount "They normally will knock down the price"

Ask for the price then once you have the figure then ask for the discount. If they dont give you any tell them thanx but no thanx.

Each time ive settled I have had discount, no dramas

I used to work in real estate and we used West End Settlements and they were really good. Erica in particular. They generally give discounts if you ask

Yes I dealt with MP Settlements, and they were fantastic, and definitely the best value for money! FULLY recommend. Even give discounts if you want to use them for sale and purchase.

My mortgage broker has recommended One Stop Settlements for us...All I know at the moment is they are on St Georges Terrace in the city and I think the fee is a flat $600
