Call For Volunteers

What we need right now:
1. An online scheduling app that catches conflicts, but allows multiple contributors. It must allow fields for rooms, times, titles, presenters, and descriptive blurb. In the past we used DabbleDB. It's almost ideal, except it doesn't catch conflicts. We used a Google Spreadsheet to catch conflicts, but it was incomplete because only one person accessed it.
2. A tech-savvy and highly dedicated volunteer to install and maintain the online scheduler app so our overworked web guy doesn't have to.
3. Speaking of the web guy, we need his skills focused on technology, not content. So we need someone organized, with excellent spelling and grammar, to be in charge of putting content on the website. It must be someone who doesn't need me to hunt them down and make them do it. You can use last year's website as a reference of what needs to go up there. Feel free to ask any questions of anyone at any time.
