Donations are accepted, we have two types of chili "hot and not" a veggie tray, and an assortment of beverages.
EPA Paperwork is filed.

The next weekday programming meeting for everyone who couldn't make it to today's meeting, or just wants to spend more time with Tracy working on programming, will be at my house in Belleville on Wednesday the 27th starting about 6p. We're picking a date for the December+January meeting of the Penguicon Convention Committee. If you would like to attend, please fill out your availability in this Meetomatic poll. We are also looking for a location. Unless we get more volunteers to host, we may be in a house full of pet allergens. The meeting date and location will be announced next week. |

Concom meeting. Tomorrow. Berkeley. First, at 1 PM, socializing with food. Then, at 2PM, at a signal, our agenda unfolds. Everybody gets an opportunity to take the floor. Then, a Board of Directors meeting, location to be determined, which will discuss the latest slate of Board members and 2009 Conchair selection.

Here's a reminder that this Saturday, September 15, will be our next concom meeting. Lunch will be served at 1 PM (potluck contributions welcome but not required). The meeting will start at 2 PM and probably go until dinner.
