Hey Everyone,
I am new. To this journal and to Live Journal. I am really needing some inspiration to help me through this week. Its really a busy week, and it seems like i have been playing an awful game of catch-up while ten more things get piled on. And stressful. I am sure you have days, weeks like that --so you know how it goes.

I was introduced to this community a few days ago by NightFurson and I took his reccomendation to join the community. NightFurson saw a post I made a while back and thought it would be nice to post it here too. I hope you all enjoy and Hello!!
Some Backround Info:
Most likley you don’t know that English was a second language to me. Untill I began to go to school I was spoken to only in Spanish as my Father is from Spain and my Mother from Morrocco. To this day I speak only Spanish with my Father and a mix of the two with my Mother... Many of the things that I say and feel are influenced by my train of thought which often times is in Spanish. For some that have spent a lot of their time with me like Pokey it can be hard to understand why I say the things that I do. I often come accross rude and curt or my words imply something negative. I wanted to share a post with both worlds in it... If you speak the least amount of Spanish you will understand the depth of the words that Gabriel Garcia Marquez spoke to anyone that would listen. For the majority that do not speak Spanish, I have translated it somewhat crudly into English. I hope you enjoy these phrazes as much as I do.
“Te quiero no por quien eres, sino por quien soy cuando estoy contigo.”
I love you not for who you are, but who I am when I am with you.

Heya folks, I just took a good hard look at the info page of this community:
"This is a space for sharing inspiring and hopeful thoughts. All quotes are acceptable, but remember this is not a religious space, it's a spiritual space. Also, please appropriately attribute all quotes.
I started this community because I wanted a space to read and share uplifting and peaceful thoughts so I make sure to reflect on positive and loving messages. I thought with the recent events, it would be good to reinforce some ideas that are not violent or angry."
So, I'm breaking from the mold here, I suppose... the info page mentions quotes, but does not limit us to quotes. And as some folks know, I like to break norms...
Well... I have some "uplifting and inspiring thoughts", which are also "positive and loving". They're posed in the form of meme's, so you can share them if you like... the first two are important to me and many other people, the third was just positive, and the fourth was a meme I had not heard, so I made one whether or not it already exists, lol.
