2008 Fic Hiatus Challenge #3

2008 Hiatus Challenge #3: Do You Like Pina Coladas? Getting Caught in the Rain?

What do I have to do?

Clichés, romantic or otherwise, make all of us cringe, but for this challenge, we want you to pick a cliché, any cliché, and make it work. Put a new spin on it, use it ironically, or just write it so well we're all too busy swooning to remember it was used in a dozen cheesy love ballads or on more than its share of Hallmark ads. As usual, we encourage any pairing, any genre. When you're ready to share your story, post it on your LJ (or wherever you post your work), then post a link back to it in this thread. Please include the original cliché you are using in your author's note as well.

Have fun, and as always, post any questions here in this thread!

Yay, I cant wait to hear your thoughts! Lol.We all kind of cant wait for something right? ;)

I was already giving up that I would come up with ANYTHING for this challenge, then today, in an absolutely inappropriate time of course, heh, a sudden rush of inspiration came to me...I dont know if it will be any good, but i was somehow nicely suprised by myself and I think I am satysfied with how things turned out...however, other ppl might disagree with me on this, hehe.
